In late 2008 a foreign private equity firm was looking to invest over $A400M in a significant Australian business that would be a new portfolio asset for the equity firm.

On referral, Heather Carine was engaged to research the standing and reputation of some of the Australian business people that would play a continuing role in the ongoing Australian businesses that were being evaluated.

In quick turnaround, Heather prepared detailed business profiles tracing back almost twenty five years of the Australian executives’ experience. 

The profiles outlined the executives’ business and board experience, associated companies and their key business contacts. 

The results provided the foreign client with the reassurance it needed to proceed with the high profile transaction.
