Heather recently presented to information professionals in Brisbane on 10+ tips for finding business information.

The attendees were from university libraries, engineering, law firms, Queensland government and legal and business publishing.

This lively half day seminar was full of practical tips for finding business information including:

• developing a targeted approach to finding reliable information
• an overview of free and fee business research tools
• a closer look at Linkedin.com.
